RFQ Association Management Services

The California Association of Public Procurement Officials (CAPPO) Board is requesting proposals for Association Management Services to provide support and management of the Association under the general direction of an elected Board of Directors. Currently many of the day-to-day operation activities and membership needs of the association are being handled by a paid Executive Director (ED), who was the 2000/2001 CAPPO President. The current ED has served CAPPO in this role since 2008 after retiring from public procurement. The operations are managed from the ED’s home. CAPPO does not have any additional business location. The current ED has indicated his intentions to retire following the February 2020 annual conference.
